The products available are internationally renowned products and have been tried and tested. However Monarch Enterprises shall not be responsible or liable in any manner if due to some reason the said product does not suit the purchaser or for any wrongful use of the said product.
6) Children
Scout Bags India does not intentionally or knowingly sell products to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must use the site only with the prior knowledge and approval of your parent or guardian
Any transaction entered into by a minor shall be assumed to have been authorized by their parents/legal guardian and shall be binding upon the parent/legal guardian of the said minor in the same manner and as per the same terms and conditions as any other Adult making an transaction on the Website. The Company shall not be liable for any transaction entered into on the website by the minor and the Parent/legal guardian shall be fully responsible for the same.
7) Shipping Policy
· Shipping is FREE on all orders within India
· Products that are ordered by 11.00 am (If in stock) usually ship out in 2 working days.
· Products that are in stock will take minimum 4 and maximum 7 days to reach you. Incase of unforeseen circumstances this period can vary.
· Product Brands that are “On Order” may take upto 4 weeks.
On Order products may be defined as those products which are made as per the requirements of the Clients and are imported only after the Order is placed by the Clients. There will be no refund for the aforementioned products which are specifically imported for the Clients.
